Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method

Non-Refundable Items

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Downloadable products
  • Items damaged due to misuse

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Contact us at support@firutotalsales.com to arrange an exchange.

Shipping Costs
